Hello Paulo:

You have a splendid collection of Imperial Productions (IP) sets. I still have Imperial's "Storehouse at Rorke's Drift" wooden model building which is really close to how the real building looked like in 1879. I also still have a set of their American Civil War rail & stone walls. All the IP figures I had have been sold off some years back. But I still think IP had the very best paint jobs on figures!

Hi Gary, many thanks. Their painting is really quite above the standard glossies, IMHO.

Paulo: Very nice collection of Imperial sets. Thanks for showing us your figures. I only have a few sets, Highlanders and Gatling Naval Gun. I wished I bought more. John

Hi Paulo,

Those are great sets! I really enjoy Imperial a lot and wish I had more as well. I really love the Wellington figure especially the horse with the flying mane and lovely lines! Thanks for sharing them with us.

Hi Dave,
You're welcome. Indeed the Wellington figure is one of my favourites too even if it is not one of the most spectacularly colourful, it's just got something very special, plan on getting Picton a figure which follows similar lines.

Regards,
Paulo

Hi Paulo,

Hi,
Thanks, my pleasure. They didn't close shop, they are still producing some of their series (at least the last time I checked).
