Made up I recon.

The k&c sherman firefly representing the guards has the 'eye' of the guards armoured division but there is no pupil in the middle of the stencil.

Basic triangle with blue, yellow and red segments is that of a WWII U.S. Army Armored Division. The dot over the circle in the center (perhaps just an abstract representation) is where the number of the division over an oval tank tread, with a lighting bolt superimposed, appeared in the actual insignia.

I have a book were all the US sleeve insignia for WW2 are listed . Nothing found that even resembles this insignia.
