I have always thought one of the most needed but missing items from accessory manufacturers is a low wall like was found at The Angle at Gettysburg. I just wish someone would make the wall, angle and all. Am I the only one who thinks this would be a great seller? I have a large and constantly growing diorama of this scene, and it really needs the proper wall. I know if I was more talented and had the time I could make one, but so many walls have been made and never this most famous one.

Couldn't agree with you more, there are/have been plenty of stone wall sets available from various manufacturers over the years, only a couple of which depected the type of wall you are referring to.

Someone should make this type of set available with so much ACW product available on the market today.

Funny thing is, BMC makes a great stone wall section with fencing over top of it in plastic; when you paint it up, it looks great IMO, they would do in a pinch for certain sections of the wall around the angle..........

Go to your local Tropical Fish Store. They many sizes of acrylic aquarium rocks. Add some glue and paint then presto chango , you should have an appropriate stoned wall. Building accessories is really fun.

And economical! Why should the manufacturers have all the fun? It should be very easy. White glue works well.

That is certainly a good idea, and I have an aquarium store right down the street. I may just try that when I can find time.

I am not up on my ACW stuff like some of you....but we have stone walls with timber from Frontline....has anyone seen them....if so ..... are they OK.....Because we have a ACW scene to do and we have not decided what to do yet. Alex

That's a great idea! Seen some fantastic rock-like formations that could be adapted to deset dios with a little paint:cool:

Thanks for the tip:D
