Thanks...I use sculprey to model figures with normally...thought I'd try a few tanks for a change..the plasticine is ideal for background...can make large buildings cheaply...easy to use once you get the knack of it......depending which plastic figure you collect...you can use plasticine to make Forts...log Cabins..Stockades ...great for cowboys and Indians.....TomB
The ruins are made with plasticine....you could use clay (sculprey and clay are different...sculprey much more expensive)...I have used a self drying clay.....ideal for buildings but I could not model figures with it.....plasticine is fine...we are in a heatwave here in Aust at the moment but I still have that plasticinc ruin...in the hottest room of the house...and it is fine,,,bit soft maybe..but fine.....I am working on a small model at the moment...should finished it today.....I will do a quick plasticine ruin...step by step...for you in the next few days and post it here under "Attention Devner"....it will give you a rough idea and hopefully a starting point for something interesting......cheers TomB
