In a group purchase came this figure of a medieval warrior with a sword over his shoulder. Can anyone help me identify which company made the figure and who the toy soldier represents?

I believe this is from Shamus Wade.

This figure is part of a supplement to Shamus Wade's Nostalgia line that he labeled "Oojah-Cum-Pivvy".
