Don't want to annoy anyone but because he can't seem to post one, here at the request of John is his poll, hope the choice is wide enough for you John. This is just my choice of some items that may be popular, but its only my opinion and i'm sure you could think of a whole lot more. One vote only to stop it being a suggestions thread.

Well you know thats never going to be enough choice is it for Johnny boy? You forgot the shirtless or pantless soldiers choice as well you know (can never remember which one he wants to be honest :))
Wheres the FJ's - cmon Robby boy:confused: Moan moan moan I know!

I think i got away with it as John asked about vehicles and guns,he didn't mention FJ's;)

WHat about the guy eating the chocolate bar way over there in the background of a photo JG saw on an AK dedicated website?

Sorry, I couldn't resist the low hanging fruit.

I hope there are some Paras of Folgore division..or shirtless italian gunners manning a cannon (old cannon of the first ww , booty of the victory over the austrian) could be great...!

I voted for a Sherman but I have edited the poll for some of the choices mentioned. If anybody wants to go back and change their vote, please let me know (a little unusual, I know).

Just realized I can only add two, so there it is.

What about the Italian truck with the giant wine barrels shot up and captured by the New Zealand LRDG!;)

Can't believe the Rolls Royce only has 1% so far. I take it you mean the armoured car version used in both wars. Nice illustration in the Osprey book about Iraq 1941 (1940 something anyway).

You didn't include shirtless troops!!!! :D

I voted for the 88mm same as Eazy did as there was no pantless troops or FJ's to choose from! Wunder who voted for the Roller - Hoogri by any chance?
Data Protection act does not stand a chance with me around!:) No votes for the Italian Infantry either - come on guys - they played a really important part - eating all our rations in POW camps!

Hope to get to the show. Have train ticket already but kids usaully get sick whenever I make plans. Will try for early bird entry but my Department has decided next week is a good week for a major software upgrade so will probably work late all week , part of me thinks they do it just out of spite.

On the upside the region I work in has decided to hold its AGM at Duxford this year. So thats one work meeting i'll try and get to on a day off!

Now that is fighting talk!

We surrendered just for your rations , we italian like good cooking and our "Cucina" wasn't at his best during the war (and our generals too,Graziani in primis) , it's famous the joke of the meat rations labelled AM (Amministrazione Militare if i recall) and renamed by our allies "ALTE MANN" ..(old man) ..if the german didn't like them this says a lot about the quality of our food...
