Looks good to me mate, how do you plan on keeping the soldiers up right without bases?? I did remove a wounded/dead Russian from the rubble base he laid on, but with these base soldiers I'm not sure how you would go about removing them...Sammy
This would be a very simple job and would create no damage to the figures. A caveat on the word damage it would certainly cause financial damage to the future resale value if, that bothers you then don't do it and use the old method many employ to make their soldiers look ''real''!!! and cover the bases in some medium.
If you don't care and want the dio for yourself all the figures will have some form of metal mold peg which is inserted into the base. find these and manipulate them free either with very small amounts of debonder or, gentle physical manipulation can achieve what you wish.
Balancing them afterwards will be an issue unless you are using a permanent or temporary adhesive. without they would be prone to falling over. Look forward to seeing the end result

Very ill-advised to remove the bases{eek3}....Don't do it{eek3}....You can simply trace the bases on the surface of the terrain board..... use a styrofoam layer and then carve out a recessed area in the shape of each base.... then cover the styrofoam with the terrain medium you are using in your diorama such as dirt, gravel, rubble, snow etc. ......Don't ruin your FL soldiers.:salute::
