Project VS (1 Viewer)

Im going to focus more on this piece. I placed the base within the shadowbox and the fitting seems OK. I then took out the figures and started to fix their positions.
Im very pleased with the group on the right. Notice a carriage? That is an old Historex piece about to be used for this scene.

Nice one, I'm looking forward to see what other figures will be coming ???

Hi John,

Will be adding at least 30 more figs later! For now, I need to resize down the couple and shift the right grouping back. Hence I am increasing the depth of the base. Added another layer of base and puttied over.

I cut down the 1/24 scale couple by diminution (is this even a word,,,). Shortened all the limbs, replaced the head and hands with smaller 1/32 scale items. Then I repositioned all the right hand grouping including the horseman further back and the visual perspectives seem to work.

Since I shortened the pair, including the coat skirts, I had to shift the lace details upwards... will also shift the buttons later.
Downsized the triplets quite considerably.
Continued to add to the Rasputin like figure....

I painted the base with matt black.

Then I took a closeup photo of the group to the right. The photo doesn"t really show it but the right leg of one of the hidden courtiers behind the officer does not quite touch the ground when I adjusted his pose to be especially servile. So I will have to repose this right leg accordingly as truth seekers will continue to peer into this scene....hahaha.

I lengthened the right leg of the servile courtier. The leg now rests on the base. I removed the front officer for a better view.

The base was painted in oils to simulate my scene.
