OOOOh I like this one Michael, love the props and scenery. Very nicely put together.

Yes this is good. I like the fact that you have the light source correct to match the back drop image.

I have only been collecting Jenkins for about 3 years now, but I don't recall the two Rangers in full jackets. I know the prisoner and the one with the pipe - Really nice use of that figure here, by the way. I like that he is holding a pipe.

I was wondering too, what the ground cover was. I went and got some Canadian peat moss, 12 dollars for a 2 by 2 by 2 foot cube. Had to find one that had no chemicals to use for terrain. It's basically dirt, but it works. So I was just wondering what you guys use. I saw some really nice dry leaf stuff from one of the terrain folks, but it seemed a bit costly. I find spices at the dollar store, like oregano and basil and use that for dried leaves and such. I have not found anything good for snow yet, but since i have no snow shoe sets I guess that is not a priority.

Mathew...one is from RR03 (St. Francis) and the other is from SRR01 (Snow Shoes)...the ground cover is ground up mulch from my flower bed...Super Moss from Hobby Lobby and some JG Miniature bushes...your Canadian peat moss sounds good...would love to see some on a few figures...

Oh - I see the bundled feet now - really great job hiding the snow shoes. I actually forgot that the prisoner set came with a Ranger - I thought is was just the Indian in a Rangers coat. The still used for the set when I went back and looked, does not show the Ranger pose very well so I passed on it. Now I think I will have pick it up.

I'll post some pictures from a demo game I ran 2 years ago that has the peat moss as ground cover next week when i am back in the office.

I did not take the pictures and the lighting was poor in the area, but it might give you an idea. I'll try to find some better stuff soon.

Mike, another good one! JJD figures seem to be made for these little scenes.
