Cheers Forum Squadron Members:

For your viewing entertainment is a rare one of a kind K&C dh98 Mosquito from 23 Squadron in a small vignette depicting RAF Little Snoring. Also pictured are some of the older glossy K&C RAF figures accompanied by some Corgi & Frontline sets. The buildings are Frontline & JG Miniatures respectively. Enjoy!

Beautiful Aircraft and a wonderful diorama!

Always a pleasure to see you fly in!

Thanks John! Sorry for taking so long to post them! Let me know if you need some close-ups, etc. as I finally have access to the hallway & office (48 hours) via the restaining of the wood floors fiasco Part III! I will be adding the second K&C Mosquito (HT-E) when she finally arrives-I think I got the last one. As simple as the diorama is, I actually modeled it after the actual airfield. I plan on recruiting "Debrito" to build the control tower. I had lots of help from another local Forum Member (King Charles Cavalier). Next week I will post pictures from his spectacular Crusaders diorama comprised of ALL the K&C Crusaders; lots of the "Russian" figures, Build-A-Rama; JG Miniatures & walls from our very own Debrito! Oh, wait till my 1:32 scale Memphis Belle Bassingbourne diorama is done. Thanks again!

Great set up , little legion makes a nice little battle of britain set [similar to frontlines]

Now, that's a very interesting diorama. Rare and unique stuff instead of an orgy of figures still available at the first dealer store.

That's a very cool aircraft and a very cool set up you've got there. Congrats on the aquisition.

Congratulations indeed, most impressive and will only get more so with your second Mossie.

Cheers Forum Squadron Members!

Many thanks for all of the kind comments as they were very much appreciated! I hope you enjoyed the vignette. The actual airfield has that little bend in the taxi way as depicted. As simple as it is, a lot of research went into it! I do need to add a little dark patches/dirt/dead grass patches from the Mosquitoes taxing about though. Will work on that when Mossie #2 lands at Little Snoring, Arizona!

Always a pleasure seeing photos of your wonderfull collection! Love to see

more anytime you get the chance to post them!

Just flew into Jersey myself via Delta......wish you had been at the controls!

With Delta's financial problems seatbelts were a required option at an extra

$10 per person:eek:

Great Diorama - I love the buildings with the Frontline Guys !

That K&C Plane is certainly outstanding - it is no wonder why K&C is the best in the business.

Look forward to more pics.

Really great stuff Beaufighter! One of these days I hope you get to the museum, so you can help me set my RAF airfield up more accurately!

A very nice set-up and great early pieces. I enjoy seeing the early and rare pieces on the forum. I only started buying K&C last year. After seeing your set-up, it makes me wish I was buying K&C in it's early years.

If you like traditionally glossy figures, and really well made wood, metal and resin vehicles and aircraft, early K&C will be right up your alley.

Nice to see you posting again! How have you been my friend!:):)

Very nice set up there. I have two of the Corgi Birtish Misquitos.

Louis:

It will happen but I might need a steamer trunk with all of the research material I have in addition to the laptop! "Build it & I will come..."

Cheers Vandilay:

I have been looking for this Little Legion RAF set you mentioned with no luck so far. I need a wingman as in some help finding these RAF pilots if available at all.
