kugo (and theBaron) had a fun idea on how to celebrate this occasion together:

"As of celebrating it, I like Brad's "theBaron" idea. With beer!
Everyone should fill a decent sized glass with this delicious liquid and then pose for a "Happy 10th Treefrog Forum Anniversary" photo and post it
That way we get to see the members, and also find out what kind of beer they like."

So raise a glass, then take a photo of you and your beer, just you, just your beer, or whatever you are toasting with and post it here to all celebrate together where ever we may be. ^&grin

...and don't forget to sign up for your complimentary $10 Treefrog Treasures gift certificate on the forum member gift thread as well as stop by the mod appreciation thread to thank them for all their work.

Thanks again to our members for making this a great forum!

Okay, here goes, before the party is over ^&grin

It's beer-thirty here in KY :wink2:, so a triple Cheers to the Treefrog Forum and congratulations to the anniversary :salute::

Prost !!!

Konrad

Korad...

after knowing you all these years...
it's good to put a face to your name...

don't know if you remember...
but you helped me translate some German documents on a lost package to Germany years ago...
I will never forget that favor...

you look right at home with that beer in your hand...the German in you is showing...^&grin...

I think I told you my mother's maiden name was Schroeder...
I'm 1/2 German...1/2 Greek...

Well, here's a toast to the anniversary...

I'm finishing the last of my Fastbier, the strong double-bock that I drink during Lent, just like the monks used to. This was Augustiner's Maximator. I'm also baptizing a new set of table and chairs for the beer garden. I'm not settled on the color; I may still paint this in dark green to match my other table and chairs.

My neighbor's boxer stopped over for some attention...

She comes over to the fence and waits for me to reach through and pet her. Since I don't have a dog of my own, this is my dose.

And while we're having a look at the garden, here's one of my rhododendrons, in early bloom:

That's a feature of a good beer garden, some nice flowers. I'm accumulating plants that will bloom at various times from spring into fall. That rhododendron bloomed three times last year.

And since I didn't have a self-portrait, here a shot of me from a couple of years ago, but I look pretty much the same:

So, Prost Treefrog!
Brad

Looking good, Brad.

The beer, the Stein, the flowers, the beer garden furniture, you're very well set up there :wink2: :smile2:
Even the boxer likes it.
The Maximator can be quite a challenge to people who are not accustomed to the strong double-bock.
I ran into that many moons ago and it hurt ^&grin

Cheers!

Don't really have a favorite beer, but here's a photo of me (with some red wine) and the wife along with Andy Neilson at the 2014 Texas Toy Soldier show....
