This is a Polish bugler, given out at a Figarti function a few years ago. Described on box as "WWII European Theatre FG2010; Limited Edition 34/60."

I have that figure. I think it was given out at the 2010 West Coaster. It says "Poland" on both shoulders. Nice figure.
