Re contact on WB website (1 Viewer)

Collectors are world wide, I am from Australia, and we always had a response via email in the past, in particular from the UK branch, never get a response from the US site , tried 3 times asking when items will be released etc, nothing , very odd treating collectors who are the customers this way

Does not matter where outside the US you are, Ken has turned the company into a US focused one and he is only really bothered about the USA market. I had a read through the emails and there is a difference between the answers and contacts made if you are in the USA and are outside the USA. This has been shown in releases, with people/dealers sending out emails about new releases and in most cases means they have been released in the US and not anywhere else. In the UK we have had very little, the collectors club has closed and what the new club offers is no way worth the outlay.

We have seen the decline of an iconic company and the blame lays squarely on the last couple of owners, Ken has to take some responsibility, someone said he was 'quite engaging' when you meet him, but then again so is my cat, but at least my cat does not make promises and constantly fails to deliver!

Did not one of the TF administrators late 2018 write it was going to change and all be sorted this year and the 88mm was due out in the second quarter of the year?

Finally I do not know how long this post will stay on the forum as Julie and one of the administrators do not like criticism of WB and Ken, as he is a friend of theirs.

This is the UK Phone number you need to use to contact W Britains : 08000869123 its a free phone number, if you use the US number you will be charged, and remember they are on eastern standard time.

Just spoke to them on the phone no problem

I suggest you reply by phone to W. Britains like UKsubs did and talk to them directly. It does no good to complain to the choir. You need to call them and get your complaints to the source. I am sure that you can buy the same figures that we can in the US so we all are in the same boat. I am sure Erika will be happy to help you and will help you more than talking to your cat. You are right that this forum should not be a place to vent on your frustrations. I hope you can get your issues worked out because I love the W.Britains figures and I think you do to or you would not be so emotional.

Best regards from Texas
Howard

To be clear, Not sure who from TF said the 88 would be out in 2018 or 2019 for that matter. I have no information on that, never have and have never posted anything about when to expect that set.

Also, I am no more friendly with the WB staff than I am JJD, K&C or FL for that matter. I am just sick of the unnecessary attacks on them. They have made it clear they do not participate on this Forum, as is their choice. If you have a question or comment for them, call them up! Phone numbers on their website work. I have called and spoken with all three - Ted, Ericka & Ken - when I have called.

Julie
