Unfortunately, I have received couple (2). One was a delicate loading figure, with a broken ramrod and musket. the other was the 95th rifles club set, which was more mispainted than broken (he had a silver spill on his back, and a skin tone collar and mutton chops, which made hi look like a Star Wars creature). In the first case, the dealer just replaced him, in the second, I emailed WBritain, and received a replacement, at no charge whatsoever. On another instance, a rather large set I ordered was missing a figure- again, one showed up in the mail a couple days latter. So why am I saying all these "negative" things about WBritain? The answer is that they have ALWAYS dealt with EVERY concern of mine in a VERY kind and completely satisfactory way. That is probably the reason they are and always will be #1 for me, even though some other companies make sometimes have figures which I prefer, they always stand behind their product, and keep it "detailed, quality, and authentic." If I were you, I would give Richard an email- you won't be disappointed.
