Recieved My Tiger (1 Viewer)

I received my Tiger today and it is stunning. It is an incredible piece of engineering. It arrived safely.

Rick, I am very impressed and genuflecting in apology for whatever criticism I may have raised. It's really something else.

Brad,

Glad you like it!

My Figarti Russian Winter Tiger only needed one small field repair & in my opinion could not be packaged any better. For those of you "on the fence" in regards to purchasing one-do not wait. The Figarti stock photos do not do it justice. Correct me if I am wrong but the stock interior view photos appear to be from an early prototype with not nearly as much detail & interior parts which are present on my production version. In short, the final product is much better-scale military art.

Agreed,

I have two of them and there was some minor damage and yes, they need some improvements in the packing and yes, for $300 it should be PERFECT!

BUT!

You'll never get another chance at getting a great model with the detailing only offered in the 1/35 by only the best modelers in the world.

But it's in METAL not plastic in the interior/ exteriors and in 1/32 scale! From what I hear, it’s simply too hard to produce again.

If that still isn’t good enough, then continue getting other manufacturer's tanks in 1/32 and 1/30 scales they're good value for the money and some will rise in value in time.

However for me, I've never regretted the investment in getting these Tigers from Figarti. This is just my opinion, yours is probably different and that's cool. Gees, I’m actually thinking of getting a third Tiger from them.

Yes, I’m crazy, especially since I told Rick Wang last year in Chicago minutes before he revealed his Tigers, that the market already had too many of them.

I like your camo better. I have #313 which is too dark for my tastes. I have grown fond of the K/C bright painting technique....Michael

It looks like those Tigers have gotten onto the Ted Stevens bridge to nowhere. They do look great.

Morbshock,

Nice job again. The qaulity of your dio's really stand out when you use quality figures and vehicles like Figarti and others.

Keep up the good work we enjoy them. BTW, I'm saying your past dio weren't good they were. Some how I felt I had the clearify.

Thanks my friend.....I understood, regarding the last diorama comment. From now on, only quality figures and vehicles in my dioramas unless my son wants me to show off some of his stuff. LOL. Nick:)

What I enjoy most about the forum are the photos being posted by fellow members like you and others who take the time an effort to post them. It sure beats the bickering, crying , complaining and why I can't we have this that's been appearing. Great photos Nick and looking for more in the future and glad the Tiger didn't catch ya.................The Lt.

Very nice. Love the Bridge , excellent work.

I agree with LT. More fun to see pix of cool toys.

I got my Figarti tiger today [thanks treefrog]
Great piece the only thing to have come loose was
the Machine gun mount on the turret,I cant imagine
the guys at Figarti could have done much better in packaging
such a detailed piece.
Roll on the LRDG chevy to go with the super sas jeep !

I agree a Chevy is a must have vehicle to complement the jeep.

BTW which version of the Tiger did you get?

Hi
I got the ,131 normandy 44 version,
It realy is one of those pieces that stands out in my collection
I,ve got it displayed just on a bookcase with the SAS jeep seperate
from the rest of my collection at this point.

That's the version I have too. I like the tanker uniforms they are wearing.
