RED BOX TOY SOLDIERS COMPANY. Have you ever seen their sets?
One guy was selling a part of his collection on OTS a couple months ago and they were amazing: mostly "camel" related sets. I wish I saved some pictures.
It seems that company stopped production about 5 years ago,
