And last, but by no means least, we are extremely proud to present the next addition to our Renaissance the Battle of Pavia figure range. When we decidced that we would take the risk and do a range that is so far off the previously beaten path and were doing our research, this was the release that we really wanted to get to and probably the biggest single reason we actually pulled the trigger on the range (well, that and the giant cannon!). Simply put, French heavy horse in full plate with lances and the complex heraldry the the French are famous for is arguably at the pinnacle of the hobby. Let's face it, mounted Knights are cool. :smile2: So now those who collect the range can really start to put together some wonderful dioramas of a Landsknecht Pike Block supported by Lansknecht Artillery being charged at Pavia by the French Heavy Cavalry lead by their King Francis I. Alternatively, these are also the type of figures that work well simply on their own as an indidividual display piece. We sincely hope the collectors of the range enjoy the release!

REN030 Wounded German Landsknecht - $64.95
REN031 King Francis I - King of France - $169.95
REN032 French King's Mounted Standard Bearer - $179.95
REN033 French Mounted Knight with Lance #1 - $169.95
REN034 French Mounted Knight with Lance #2 - $189.95
REN035 French Mounted Knight with Sword #1 - $179.95
REN036 French Mounted Knight with Sword #2 - $189.95
REN037 German Landsknecht Finishing Off Downed French Knight - $229.95
REN038 German Landsknecht Halbardier - $64.95

Congrats on some of your most stunning releases yet. This is one of only two FL series I have not at least sampled, but I see a major crack developing in my own armor.

WOW!!! These are very very nice ^&cool^&cool

My favorite is REN034 just might pick up a few of these.

Well done FL :salute::

What a terrific number of releases here in this line.
Really caught me by surprise, as I did not expect another Renaissance release before next year.
Beautiful figures, all of them.
Am really glad that I am all caught up and up to date with the previous releases, and these new ones will be added over the next few months.
Very well done, Matt and FL.
Cheers!

One word.........Spectacular!!
What a great diorama these releases will make.
Well worth waiting for.

Simply amazing! Those collecting this range have got to have ear to ear smiles on their faces! :)

After having seen these, I am anxiously looking forward to the French mounted knights of Agincourt!

{bravo}}

The Battle of Pavia was one of the most brilliant victories of Spanish Army where the French king Francis I was taken prisoner by a Spanish soldier. The Landsknechts were German mercenaries in the service of Emperor Charles I of Spain. When do Spanish soldiers in this range? :rolleyes2::D

OMG......These guys look awesome. I know nothing about this era, really have no interest in the Lansknechts however the French Knights look amazing!! I know better then to dip into this range since my main focus is Rome. Hopefully we will get to see some wonderful pics from those that collect these figures.

Wow! ^&cool

I really need to get moving on this range again and this plus the cannon is just the ticket.

To borrow from another poster, spectacular and beautifully sculpted and painted figures.

I had no interest in collecting this period, but with the release of these AMAZING French mounted knights that may be changing. At the very least I can see two or three of the knights on display in my cabinet. They are simply beond compare, I think in order to find better someone would have to pay thousands of dollars for a 10/10 Russian connoisseur figure. Bravo First Legion and Matt!
Best,
Josh
