The scene depicts a Sherman belonging to the 4th Armoured div.(Royal Scots Greys- Black Rats) joining up with troops of the 56th ( London) Infantry div at the Battipaglia crossing near Salerno . Tank has been repainted and weathered ,div. signs added. Infantry is made from white metal and hand painted ( Hornet range) Tree is self made. Lots of added detail on the tank

and especially in "hiding" the scale difference of the vehicles and figures.

HaHa Konrad you noticed the difference . "Who's a clever boy", great eye you have.
The vehicle is 1/32 and the figures are 1/35 scale. I try to hide it by putting the vehicle 1/4 of an inch lower than the figures and problem solved.
