For my next dio called "On Parade" I've just finished the repaint of the Nazi Eagle Monument ( LAH 151)

100% improvement over the original colour scheme, can't wait to see complete dio.:salute::

I agree, more realistic. Not that the original isn't cool, but this grey looks more authentic.

Well done the white-gray colour and the black writing, but I would have left the eagle in gold.....

That was my initial thought as well, but this gold did not work so well with the grey of the stone work. A greenish bronze should have worked as well ( colour I do not have in my paint collection)

This is how it looks today. Flower containers and garland are scratch built. Now I can start working on the "Parade"

Good idea with the use of flowers, not so stark now. Really useful diorama piece. Robin.
