In the second 1/2 of January 2011 I posted photos of my old as well as new additional K&C sets from their AK & EA series of sets. I ended up with most of the German & British Army sets on one display wall shelve and one German tank Vs one British tank on the other display shelve. The shelve with the two big tanks was perhaps a little sparse for a 22 x 28 inch display area and the other AK Vs EA display also on a 22 x 28 inch display area a bit too jamed up. Just yesterday I got the idea of of puting all the German Army sets on one wall shelve & all the British Army sets on the other 22 x 28 inch wall shelve. I think the sets look better now than they did in late January 2011.

Iron Brigade,
This looks much better, any chance of painting some background scenery on the wall.
( desert or clouds ?)Then it would be perfect

Looks good. It is very difficult to put opposing forces into one smaa display area. I usually keep each shelf limited to one combatant.

Excellent "IB". I really like the sand and your AK and 8th Army collections.

I want to thank all the comments that came from fellow Forum members relative to my posting of 3/19/2011!

Thanks for the pics. Who makes the palm trees in your display ???? ^&confuse

Dear "PanzerAce1944":

Thanks for your comments & inquiry about the palm trees. The palm trees were purchased at the big huge Christmas store called "Bonners" (spelling may be off) in Frankenmuth, Michigan back in July 2005. They are made in Italy by "Fontanini" & imported by Roman, Inc of Roselle, IL, USA (www.roman.com). Prices are not too bad relative to current K&C prices, etc. Most any store that has Department 56 or Christmas items will likely have these nice looking model palm trees.
