I posted a short time back a few photos of my September 1940 London Blitz display. While looking over this display later I realized that by moving the J.G. Minaitures diorama base around it would then show off more of the diorama backdrop. I also decided to add K&C's "Sapper Sergeant" and the "Pram Set" of a mother, daughter & baby in the pram. I also added a lamppost I had on hand for many years. Please see photos below.

The mother and pram is a remarkably useful set. Nice setup with some excellent figures.

I agree the civilians are very useful in many dioramas in England and Europe, can never have enough. This scene speaks for itself, nailed. Robin.

Gary, Nicely done. Sometimes looking at a dio scene new ideas come to surface :salute::

Very nice. The entire scene depicts a great portrayal of the British times. I really like the style/clothing of the Brits as well as that burned-out building. Excellent dio.

Hello Gary,

I like your new additions and revised display. The civilians are now moving way from the unexploded ordnance to safety. Thank you for sharing.

For this range, I have K&C FOB063 "old lady" set which cuts a poignant figure. The look of absolute disbelief on her face is so well done.

Hope all is well with Karen and your goodself. I am still struggling to keep my head above water.

Best Wishes, Raymond. :)

Splendid scene Gary, good work and thanks very much for posting.{bravo}}

Dear Raymond:

Thanks for your comments. I too have the K&C set# FOB 063 of the "Old Lady" looking very sad indeed which I have in a small vignette display of the old lady looking at a dead young Hitler Youth SS Army figure in front of a damaged Berlin Nazi HQ Bldg. I'll contact in person soon after mid April.

Best regards, Gary
