Cannot wait for these to be painted, they should look great. Considering the huge release to date of P&M doubt whether these will surface to later in the year. The mounted figures will be most welcome. This series has enormous potential and should be around for a good number of years. Robin.

Hi Guys,

For your info… The Three Musketeers and D’Artagnan will be released in August… The Cardinal and the Count De Rochefart a couple of months later…. You will be able to get a “sneak peek” of the fully painted Musketeers & D’Artagnan in the upcoming “COLLECTOR” being released in early July… They look great! Of course I am a wee bit biased!!!
Happy Collecting, Andy

Thanks for the info Andy...i'll start saving.XD

So with Cardinal Richelieu who died in 1642 and Comte De Rochefort being both in France and associated with the three musketters, not sure how to combine with the ECW. Understand the musketters were in support of Charles 1 and travelled to England and there were English mercenaries in the 30 year war in Europe 1618-1648 and Charles father financed the war, but Charles dropped that when he became king due to having more than he could handle in his own backyard, so the ECW being 1642-1651, I guess they all intertwine in history. Regardless these are must have figures and will blend in nicely with the Pikes & Musket series. Just skipped over the channel without realising. Any views on the era? Robin.

As you wrote, all the characters intertwine in history but specially in the literary world. Being a great admirer of Dumas and other classics i love the focus of the series and the direction taken. The Dumas series, and now the Alatriste by Perez Reverte series (in the first instalment the "voice" narrating the adventures talk about the assassination of Buckingham by Felton and a misterious lady De Winter!) form a paralllel world in which all the characters if they existed historically at the same moment unavoidably will meet. In this range maybe you can add the Cyrano character by Rostand so it's potentially endless...

I know these are posers, ( standing erect ) but any chance you might also do these figures in action mode? Michael
