One of the worst things in life is having a child die before you. Not really a dropping like flies thing imo.

A real tragedy to pass so close for the family, but in many ways it is another example of the power of relationships and will over life itself. They had houses next to each other and I'm sure there lives were intertwined to a degree probably beyond even the bond of marraige. As I get older a deal with family and end of life issues it still amazes me when seemingly healthy people simply give up the will to live and are gone within days.
Your correct Brad, a very full life and a wonderful legacy.

I agree there's been more than the usual number of celebrity deaths this year, especially in recent times. I understand you meant no offense with your comment however I did think it inappropriate in that particular circumstance.
