But does anyone know of a forum that deals with the Austrian Roco Minitanks ?

Hi Ted,

I have not seen a forum specifically for these vehicles but they get some discussion here once in a while. You may want to ask the member here named Mirof since he has a ton of info on the European side of the hobby.
