We are very proud to present our latest release for our wonderfully popular Glory of Rome figure range, ROM092 Gaius Julius Caesar and ROM093 Emperor Marcus Aurelius. As you can see, we've done one figure each for our Caesarian and Imperial sub ranges so as to be sure that no matter what flavor of Romans you collect, you can at least appropriately use one of the two figures. So now both the Romans at Alesia and those in 2nd Century Germany each have a worthy leader. We sincerely hope that you find these figures to be a welcome addition to the range!

ROM092 Gaius Julius Caesar - $169.95
ROM093 Emperor Marcus Aurelius - $169.95

Hail! Caesar!!!!, welcome Conqueror!!!, Welcome to my Collection!!

Fantastic....Simply Excellent......First Legion Rules.:salute::

All I want for Xmas is to see 2 FL boxes under the xmas tree contained these wonderful figures.

Yep, two is very good, up to four would be great, up to six would be awesome. All 8, will be a perfectly heavenly and stupendously memorable Christmas. If it happens to me!!

Or three more of the Red Lancers, will have the same effect.;)

Hello Good Fellows...I just received ROM092 Gaius Julius Caesar....A wonderful figure with excellent color and detail:salute::.....Well done First Legion:salute::....I wonder if we will soon see various mounted Imperial Roman Warriors with slashing swords???....we definitely need more Roman mounted action-like poses that could be used to battle the Germanic foot soldiers....Who would like to see these made:wink2:

BATAVIAN CAVALRY please!!!!

Marcus Aurelius on his way to Carnuntum to enter negotiations with the king of the Quadi.

A great photograph of your new Romans Joe, the bridge setting is killer and as always your photos are spot on...Sammy

I love the background chosen for this setting. The muted, distant mountains, compliment the colors and details of the bridge and figures perfectly. Nice work!

Hi,

Can anyone help with this...would this particular armour being worn by Marcus Aurelius be ceremonial or is it depicting him as he would have been on the battlefields in Germany? I am thinking of a small diorama with him and the new 'fighting' Praetorians but I want it to be accurate.

Thanks, Chris.

Not an expert, but this figure looks to be based off the panel relief of Marcus Aurelius on horseback showing clemency to the Germans after his victory over them in 176. The uniform looks the same and so does the pose with him having outstretched right arm, it was made to show him during war. Hope this helps. regards Gebhard
