That's a Super looking fort you've built there Greg, looks like a lot of man hours went into it !:salute::
Steve

Some good ideas here which will assist as I travel down the Roman road also. :salute::, Robin.

That's a fantastic model. I attempted to build one of the siege/watchtowers from Alesia using balsa coffee stirrers, dowels and craft wire for the lattice work. It was one of the worst things I have ever laid eyes on and much of it ended up in the wood burner. That's why I need manufacturers to make me things and can only be in awe of people like you!

Excellent fort Greg, love the spiked logs around the walls!

I'm just getting over the Australia Day celebration and would like to thank you all for the comments and likes. I will admit the fort was a big undertaking but i now have something to better display my Roman collection. Still a bit of work to do with an area to be placed in front of the fort for a battle scene.I really like the TG war elephant and think it would make a good centre piece for this scene. I've got some more photos to post in the next couple of days. Regards Greg.

Great photos Greg !:salute::
Question, your Ancient Britions / Celts are they also Russian made like some of your Vikings ?
Steve

Hello Steve i've enjoyed your latest Napoleon dioramas immensely and have an idea floating in my mind about doing a diorama. It will not be till later in the year as i have many projects to complete. Getting back to your question, i think those barbarians were Collector's Showcase. I have purchased some Russian figures to go with that display. When i put an extension area on the front of the fort, i will see if i have enough to fill out the scene. Regards Greg.

I would like to thank Steve, Ivanhoe and Tom for their comments and also the likes from forum members. Just heard some good news from the most reliable source, regarding opposition for the Romans but i won't say anything more untill the official news release. Looking good for Roman collectors. Regards Greg.
