Received my Roman Galley today and its awesome!
Very well made and securely packaged. Once we get
the Carthaginian Galley and all the crew figures they will
make an impressive exhibit.
If you collect "Ancients" this will be a great addition.
With the oars in place you will need a good deal of space
to dock this boat but its well worth it.

Mine arrived today as well. Thank You Julie.
Over all it's a really nice model. It is in scale.. no. However it was under 400.00 USD and considering the price of tanks now it's it a heck of a deal.
Like all of Johns work it is a quality piece.

It looks wonderful and the price is very attractive. If I could have fit this ANYWHERE in my displays , I would have taken the dive...

A few more.

I was not able to find the "handles" for the steering oars......can you tell me where they were packaged?

Thanks

I almost threw them out myself.
Very small ziplock in one of the oars package.
