Anyone have any info on this piece?

Have seen similar pieces a couple of times over the years, but never any manufacturers name mentioned.
Sorry can't give you any other info other than when I've seen them on ebay the figures used to illustrate, I'm pretty sure were 1.32nd scale.

I have seen it at various locations inside or near Museums in Europe. Rather sure it is made or commissioned by an italian company. I think you might get it from shops dealing with decorative home items, I am sure I have seen it somewhere. I have a look.
