I did the same and can concur, plus it is a great addition to my 9th Legion, also have the Eagle Design ones and Thomas Gunn are head and shoulder above that one in quality.
The TG Scorpion is historically accurate and is based upon the example excavated at Ampurias in northern Spain. Ampurias was an important Roman City during the Carthagenian wars and the Celt-iberian conflicts. Scorpions would be mounted on walls and towers; as well as being used as field artillery. The TG Scorpion may fit into the JJD tower. I mount TG Onagers and Scorpions on my Roman stone fortifications; of which I have posted several photos.
