I am in need of some help..I have been having shipping issues with a seller on ebay. After waiting some 4 weeks, she shipped me the 6 sets of soldiers owed me, under Royal Mail. She gave me 1 customs #, claiming that the 6 separate boxed sets were shipped as a consignment under 1 #..I tracked the # to the states, but recieved the other day, 1 box..My postal service considers that the # is now closed, though the seller claims 5 more should be coming..Does Royal Mail offer such a shipping option? I have their pnone #, but calling them ,with the time zones and my work hours have been challenging..I need the info, so that I can go back to my Post Office and file some type of search..Appreciate all help..Michael

Sorry if i'm stating the obvious and you've already tried it Michael,but have you checked out ; www.royalmail.com. they list all their services there.

I use the Royal mail all the time. For K&C UK

if you send six seperate parcels you should use six seperate numbers!! as this would stop what has just happened to you. UNLESS the parcels clearly state 1 of 6 , 2 of 6 etc etc. That way the tracking number woulkd show them seperate...........this service i beleive to be only for trade accounts not general public service. As they would advise against it in the local General POst Office.

So if you look on th elabel you sill see if it says 1 of 6 etc. and you can tell if you are missing parcels...............or been bumped by the ebay seller!!

also just thinking about it each parcel would need a Customs form!! not just one!

I stand corrected if i have this wrong!! but she has if they have been done this way sent in a very strange way!!! (suspicious way!)

They own a well known business in England, and I have their names and address, as well as phone #..Could they send multiple packages with only 1 #, as a trade account ?..Thanks, Michael

yeah as abusiness they could..........but the surprise is that it does not say 1 of 6, 2of6 etc etc on the documents!

If your guys are saying its a done deal that would sign towards that they only have one parcel and number

strange!!

i send to USA parcelforce and you can send consigments of seperate parcels but you have to log each one into the system as a seperate parcel against the number and it is clear that the parcel is one of a number
