Wonderful additions to your collection, particularly the second one you showed yesterday. Not sure what period, maybe Salidan-esque, Turkish?
 
This figure (and the multiple variations of it including ones holding flags) represents Suleiman the Magnificent, sultan of the Ottoman empire during the XVIth century.

If you do plan to buy it one day, just know that it is a little bit smaller than the usual 54mm figures, especially the horse.
