Guys

For those of you who were at the London Shows December 09 and came to the K&C UK Evening event it is sadly that i inform you that Joseph Michie passed away on the 30th April.

Joseph or Joe as he preferred was the very funny WWII glider pilot vet who showed us his great film and shared his great stories of the Arnhem landings. He was the guy in the wheel chair with one leg an done hell of wicked sence of homour.

We were in constant contact with Joe and the news came as a bit of a shock to us all at K&C UK. Having only spoke with a few weeks back

Great guy and gave so much.

Joe where ever you are thank you for allowing me into your life and thank you for sharing and giving so much to my world i live in now.

you will be missed

God Speed

Tony

The world is a lesser place for his passing. I am glad that he had the opportunity to see how much his actions were appreciated by the people who attended the London Show.

May he rest in peace!

It's a shame. Unfortunately, we're in a time now, when more and more WWII vets will be passing.

God bless him and all his comrades, they lifted the black curse of Nazism and gave us a free life.RIP.

Nice one Tony

Tony,
Sad news indeed. It was a pleasure listening to him at the show. And you are right, his humour was rapier sharp. Great guy to hear speak and we are lesser for his passing.

Sorry to hear the sad news Tony, I didn't know him, but I am sure he will be missed by all that did, another WWII vet turning in his wings in Heaven for a new set...Sammy
