Sagers Site & Selling? (2 Viewers)

I have purchased from the website and ebay both. It is my first stop if TF is out of stock of something.
Shipping has always been fast and only problems have been when something listed on site when out of stock.
Maybe try another call before your cancel, as they seem to be real good people.

Unfortunately no one is calling me back.

Did your issues ever get resolved, Alexander the Great?

I just placed an order with Sager’s Soldiers via eBay this past Wednesday (first time ordering from them) and have not received a shipping notice and my PM via eBay has gone unanswered.

I know it’s not been a week yet, so I’m likely acting prematurely, but I’ve ordered a couple other items in the same period from other sellers that have all shipped immediately... If the items I ordered from Sager’s weren’t in stock (which is certainly a possibility) why were they listed on eBay in the first place?

I’ll try calling to see what’s up...

I’m seeing that more and more. People are listing stuff that isn’t in stock. (Not saying that’s what happened here)

Issue was never resolved (I canceled that order). Interestingly enough I ordered a figure that no one else had last week. It has been several days and I have no update plus the figure has not shipped yet.
I hope that I will not need to cancel this one also.

Thanks for getting back to me, Alexander. Interesting you’re getting repeated issues with the same seller and it doesn’t bode well for my case. I would figure that if a seller has something listed on eBay (and it’s not a preorder) that it would be in stock as cancelled sales or negative feedback aren’t usually good for business... Anyways, I plan to try calling on Wednesday and if no luck, I’ll start the cancellation process.

Call and leave a message. I talked to him on the phone at the end of April.

Good news in that they responded to my PM on eBay and said the items I ordered would ship today. Not sure why the delay, but I’m happy they got back to me with an update.

You will probably have to wait a little while with shipping for Sagers are slow in that regard. Best to check if the dealer has items in stock before purchasing. I have been waiting over 3
months for items but was not told they were not available with another dealer. The items are on backorder, being made at the moment in a factory. Greg.

The order is for a first legion figure that was produced long time ago :(

My figures (some K&C D-Day British troops) arrived today from Sager’s in perfect condition. I’m not sure why it took so long to ship, but I’m glad they arrived and everything worked out. Thanks, everyone, for the support.

I think someone wrote somewhere on the forum a couple years back that Bill, at the shop all the time and sometimes like other dealers he has to wait for a new run of figures to be delivered after an initial batch sells out and a new lot has to be made.

Yes I too have had to wait for weeks sometimes, as I am now and this can happen with other too, but if there is fault it's more often with the postal service.
I've never felt let down by Bill in all the time and orders I've placed with him and exchange rates permitting is still my go to dealer for K&C as I was when this thread was first started.

I've found with several other dealers too that items appear on their website's but when ordered and paid for I get an email saying that their stock records were faulty and they don't have the figure and are unable to source it elsewhere and sometimes that's a week or so down the line. Frustrating for sure. But it happens and just goes to reinforce, if you like it order it when still widely available. Difficult unless ones budget it limitless I know.

Hopefully you'll get your figure somewhere if not from Sagers then somewhere else. ebay is always worth keeping an eye on as the elusive item usually turns up there at some stage.

I've tried to purchase retired K&C from Sagers only to find their remaining stock had sold despite what the website indicated. Sagers communications and quick reimbursement were exemplary.

Bill informed me that the shop did not reopen after the last hurricane.i was trying to stop in a month ago on a drive from the keys. It is your money do as you see fit. But I like several others here would think you would get a refund if he can not deliver what you paid for.

Again it’s your money do as you see fit.

12 days later no communication despite my two e-mails and no figure. I will give it until Tuesday and then it will be an ebay case and negative feedback.

15 days later no communication despite my four e-mails and no figure. Per e-bay I have to wait until the 28th and can then open a case against the seller.

I'm about to receive some figures from Sagers according to the tracking system and it's been about 2 weeks since ordered. So that's not bad, if your's haven't been shipped on Ebay purchases i would think they are unavailable and put on backorder. Regards Greg.
