screen names?? (1 Viewer)

Mine is my last name plus first initial which was my first username in college. The 30 was the football number I wore at said college. Hoya Saxa!

Interesting, I was born in 71 and my wife was born in 81! Works great!

It also helps when your sister is ten years younger than you & invites you out to the bar with her & her girlfriends...! Thanks sis ! {sm4}

Hahaha, mine is similar. A girl who was like a sister invited me to a party, but I work in downtown DC and rode the Metro (subway.) Party was in the suburbs of Maryland so I needed a ride. She arranged a ride that turned into a marriage!

Not my initials or age related but just a random mix of characters and digits which was allocated to me many years ago for my first email account.

Mine was a complex multi layered combination process of removing the last three letters of my name plus the fact it was gone midnight and I was too tired to think of anything:wink2:

Al, puka in Hawaiian means hole, so the 100th battalion is one-puka-puka or one-hole-hole =100.

Whoa Fish. When I started reading about your striped bass, I was picturing in my mind a 2 to 5 pound fish. These are huge. Is that freshwater fish and are they good eating?

Interesting topic for a thread. Mine "PanzerAce1944" has several contributing factors. Both of my Grand fathers were WWII veterans, one a U.S. G.I. and the other a German Wehrmacht soldier. Tie in my own appreciation of the
equipment used by Germany during the war, especially the armored vehicles. Add in my own actions during the Gulf War in 1991 destroying 5 enemy vehicles of the Republican guards in one day....hence the name "Ace"

Thanks! These guys were caught from the surf in salt water but they can also be caught in fresh waters also and are stocked in some lakes. They are a salt water fish but they breed and in and need fresh water to lay there eggs.
These are older pics from back in my bait fishing days, I now pretty much fish 98% lures and don,t have the time I use to and can,t do the all nighters to get the real big ones like I use to but I still get some real nice ones when the tides are right in the mornings. And plugging with artificals is much more of a challenge anyway.
Here is a nice one from last year I caught on a top water pencil popper plug. The bass first exploded on the plug and tail slapped the plug 12 feet into the air before turning back to swallow the plug!{eek3}^&cool What a battle I had with this one!

They are great eating fish but these days I release most of what I catch, you can only eat so much before you get sick of eating fish and frozen just isn,t the same as nice fresh filets.

When Shannon started this forum I took my first name...added it to my last name...

My nick-name in school was le Fantome and was hung on me by a teacher. I had a habit of disappearing from school. It started out as her asking the class "Has anyone seen Terry this morning". People in the class would claim they saw me in different parts of the school. So her question quickly became "Ou est Le Fantome" - where is the Phantom. The Warrior part was just an addition for the forum

I joined the forum early and used leadmen in reference to Britain's old lead figures. I did not even know what a user name was. Plus it was easy to spell. J{sm4}

I was congratulated by a teacher after being asked to stand,,,the first Tuesday in a month or more I had shown up..asked if it was a pattern which of course I denied,,,"If you are in a den of eniquity and a fire starts ,,,you running out the front door with the girls,,deny everything in spite of the media filming",,,told to me by an old wise man,
