I very much enjoyed the London show, met some good people and was pleased with my purchases.
The people on the Britain’s stand must have been fed up with the same old questions but they answered them friendly and they have my respect.
Two things I noticed on the stand.
The new Zulus are not new. They are single figures from old combo sets. Not a bad thing if you don’t have them but a bit disappointing if you do.
The main thing I noticed was the new 24th figures seamed skinner than the old figures, and I wondered if W Britans were using a different sculpture.

Did you get there early enough to see the new 24th Foot on the T Gunn stand? They sold out quite early but i saw them and they look very good, do not collect myself but they did look worth the money and T Gunn are the only manufacturer at the minute making new sets for this range? Also saw some of the T Gunn older 24th sets on UK ebay for sale today.

Yes I thought they were very good and they will be on my to get list.
I was told they will be on the TG website very soon
