Gents,
I'm after the K & C, KM010(SL) "Seehund." PM me. Will accept reasonable offers. Any help would greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Thanks for the info, MapleLeaf...these pieces seem to figuratively dive below and resurface, much the way they really did back then!{sm4}

Well,
My Seehund just arrived...But, I'm not happy. Opened the box, took the trolley out (it's in the first layer cut-out) I thought, this is odd; I had to put one of the wheels back on the axle. So, I took out the first layer of packing and guess what? No tow bar! Sub is all there, and wrapped-up, but no tow bar! Needless to say, I'm pulling everything out of the box, looking here and there, thinking maybe it's stuck to the underside. Still, no tow bar! So, now I wait to hear back from the "vendor" to see what solution is offered...I hate it when this happens!:mad::mad::mad:
BTW; series# 111

Well, I had a chance to cool down a little, and got to thinking (and we all know how dangerous that is!:wink2:), fabricate my own tow bar? Find a small diameter brass rod, about 3" long, shape a loop on one end, and a hook on the other, and paint it gray? Maybe take some pictures, show you how it turns out. Thoughts, anyone?

Simple enough to make. Don't know where you got it from but, I would be speaking with them first to see what they will do.

Hello Mitch,
Yes, I'm waiting to see what conclusion the vendor will offer. Thus far he has been politely responsive, and in contrast to this, which I can't really blame him, (maybe a mistake initially at K&C's quality assurance?), he exceeded my expectation with all merchandise I procured under the same order...I'm positive he will handle it professionally. But, if all else fails, as the saying goes, "necessity is the mother of invention," so I will fabricate one if the problem can't be solved, in any event.
