September 2021 Figure Release (1 Viewer)

Anyone have thoughts on which Heer units might be equipped with the Panzer III N like that? Grossdeutschland, 2nd, 4th, etc? Schwerepanzer battalions?

2. Pz.Div. at Kursk and Hermann Goering in Italy had them in the configuration pictured.

A number of other units had them as well, but I'll have to break out the reference books this weekend to give you a good response.

The Panzer IIIN looks good and the camouflage would make a nice compliment to the JJD Stug III.

Just so you're aware, the model sizes are slightly different. The JJD Stug is true 1/30, the TGM Panzer III is a slightly bigger. If they're not right next to each other it would work OK, but put them too close together and the difference is noticeable (to me at least).

Maybe it's just me, but I love detailed information like this, it helps collectors plan purchases and displays, great stuff for people who like accuracy within their collections and their displays vs "somewhere in France, 1944".......................thanks very much for taking the time to do the research.

Writing you an email 😀

I only just noticed the chevrons on the charging highlanders. I was hoping there would b3 rereleases, and assumed so because they all have a after the figure number.
Good to know my chargers will have a few NCO reinforcements soon.
Did TG say they would have a few mounted Brits and Aussies down the track. Did they mention the Breaker? Bushvelt Carbineers?

The B and C version Seaforth Highlander NCO's will be available next month.
Ref the mounted figures, Boers first and then we will look at the Imperial forces for cavalry figures etc.

Very happy with this set TG, certainly a one of kind and I think the mat will be an added bonus. Next on my hit list is your snake charmer, looking forward to seeing how the piece turns out. Robin.
