A little bit of everything here. Like the Australian's/Japanese. Looks good for a new series. Robin.

Excellent releases. Put me down for the Aussies and the Japanese. I am really glad I picked up the Jap tank when it came out. Finally - I am ahead in a series!

Good to see the Pacific Theatre of WW2 getting some interest with these new sets.

Love the Bren Gunners, they look so good,

John

ww2-png.jpgDiggers look good, just to nit pick would have preferred one or two of the figures with the hat turned down as that is how they worn them mostly...but good figures just the same....:salute::
Wayne.

Lots of nice stuff and wide variety this month. Naturally, I'm partial to the Doughboys and Francais Marin. Got to say, though, I really like the Aussies and Japanese. The crouching Bren gunner is a fantastic figure. Any Australian expert know whether these figures are correct for Kakoda? -- Al

Being far from a 'EXPERT' I think the figures appear more late war, 1943 onwards....but I stand to be corrected by a 'real expert'.......:wink2:

I might be in the minority on this one, but I really like the way some of figures come with loose guns etc.

Panzer Ace,

I wouldn't think you are in the minority with the loose guns I myself like the idea and will be adding the Australian/Japanese to my collection.

Looking forward to adding Pacific theatre.

Regards
Mark

You are not in the minority Jason, I also wish more loose guns with figures were produced and all manufacturers would follow suit as well as produce guns only (weapons sets ) without figures.

Wayne mate,
I have to concur with the slouch hat but must say that after I gave TG a fair bit of grief over their disgraceful Lighthorse figures these guys look A OK. :smile2: Have to give credit where credit is due. The research on the Aussie in the jungles of the SE Pacific in the late part of the war seem spot on.
Cheers Howard

Howard,
Mate these figures will be a must have because they are Diggers besides not being 1st A.I.F, and shows what good research can produce, I hope Tom uses this sculptor for all his figures as some past efforts have left much to desire. More Oz figures the better....
Wayne.
