September Video Dispatches On Line...very Soon!!!! (1 Viewer)

Did Andy say that the Tommy in the Xmas set was Scottish?

Hmm.. I hope this will foreshadow that K&C will put out some Royal Highland Regiment troops to go against the 13th Bavarian. One can only hope.

Now wouldn't that be nice. I've been trying to resist the WW1 range although I think they look really good. But if Highland Regiment troops get released, then the credit card is going to take yet another massive hit.:eek:

Do any of you know if the figure in the Hetzer can be removed. Now that it's on the endangered list I may need to get one. Thanks, Jim

Jim,

The figure is removable although it's tricky getting both him and the machine gun in.

Yes Jim, he is removable. I replaced him with one that came with the Normandy Panther.

Looking forward to some pictures of the upcoming WWI Germans. Any guesses on the WWI "vehicle that is not a tank"? I'm guessing a German motorcycle since that was mentioned a while back.

Motorcycle? Hmmmm.....maybe. Being 1914 I wonder if it'll be a horse-drawn vehicle?

I was thinking armored car.

I hope its something other than a motorcycle. I mean unless its Jessie James on one of his west coast copper i really have no interest. Also who do you think will be the first non german ww1

A good bet would be a set or two of Scottish Soldiers.

Harry.

Only 3 times! :D

Jeff

Aye Jeff, only 3 times - so far. There's some items that I'm getting for sure. But I've a floating US$500 in my budget and its really difficult to decide what it'll be spent on.
Aaaaaaarrrgh.....these executive type decisions always bend me out of shape. :D:p:D

I see that you like the IC and SOHK ranges as well. There isn't many of us on here that collect these, I wonder what the new set for SOHK will be?

Hope its some dame that I can pose clutching onto Flashy's knee. These ranges are really part of Little Boss's collection - but I like them as well. Have been able to hide the fact that there's been new LAH items released since she last checked.....;)

My Wifes as well, but I tend to choose them as I think they have to be the best painted figures that K&C produce.

Your Wife collects LAH? Has she any interest in the other ranges that K&C make?

Yup, she collects LAH. Reckon its something to do with her upbringing. We visited Tiamanan Square a few years ago during the unfurling of the flag ceremony. She looked like she'd died and gone to heaven.
I tend to choose her SOHK/IC items as well. Don't want no Peking Opera in my hoose......The women are played by guys....!!!!
She does like the Crusader range, and a few more of them are on October's shopping list.
I agree, the SOHK and IC ranges exhibit exquisite paintwork. Help Maah Boab, that was almost waxing lyrical for me?:eek:

Hi Jeff-

Agree with you. Each and every figures from that range is a piece of art. I received, this week, figure HK107 (Painting Lady) and while I am used to them, I was, again, surprise by the simple beauty of it. The photos not do justice to that serie.

Pierre.
