Take one Airfix MG Magnette 1933 and a Tradition/Squadron Sgt Royal Scots Greys 1939 and you have a small vignette completed this year.
I say completed as the MG was made in the 1980s to pose with a 1/32nd Revell Spitfire. The Spitfire never got made let alone started but I kept the car in case.
The ïn case"has happened and here I present the finished product.

The car was painted in Gunze Sangyo red, the figure and other parts of the car in Humbrol enamels.
The figure was painted in Army Painter acrylics.
The cobblestone are split lentils washed with a mud coloured enamel paint mix with the cobblestones painted in AP acrylics.

I am toying with maybe adding another standing figure on the base and some kind of four legged friend on the passengers seat. We will see.
