Nice photos Scott. These cavalry figures are kind of addictive aren't they?

I fully painted 13 conversions of TSSD dismounted Cavalry for the CW, all with carbines and sabres. It's too bad TSSD didn't fully equip all their dismounted figures that way. They aren't quite 1860s or 1870s for all the great detail of the pictures. Luckily TSSD figures are easy to do conversions to. The mounted man firing grafted on the legs of several of TSSD infantry works and has the saber and carbine sling.

I may go nuts and fully paint a few TSSD mounted men. It would be good to have some standing horses from TSSD to make the mounts for the men fighting on foot.

nice collection of cavalry....painted,they would look terrific ...great plastic figures ...good pictures too,,,will save them as reference.....cheers TomB
