Remember when King and Country produced sets of four figures which were all in the same poses, eg: DD28 American Casualties, WSS28 - German Prisoners of War, WSS30 German Casualties of War:)

Well if you look at these sets all the figures in each set are doing the same thing, dying for DD28 + WSS30, while set WSS28 is four Germans Surrendering.
But set WSS99 is a tank crew where all the figures are ding relatively different things!:)

My question is what do you as a collector prefer? Sets where all the figures are doing the same thing, or sets where there is a bit of diversity between wach figure?:)

Personally I like both, bu prefer the newer sort of diversity sets!!!:D

I think I am the same as you mate. I like both and don't think I could favour one more so than the other.

:DGlad someone replied lol:DI enjoy single figures at abut £25.oo odd each too lol:D

I prefer the newer diversity sets. I wish you could get some alternate tank crew sets that you could swap in/out of existing AFVs. Alby

I feel completely the same way mate, I think the tanks should be sold singularly, and then different crews could be purchased!:D

Great idea. Also, maybe selling tanks by themselves with the crew optional/extra. That way if you already have lots of tank crew, you could just by the tank only (with an open hatch/hatches) and put in your own crew.

The sculpt of a crew somewhat determine how “realistic” a AFV sits into a dio setting. For instance, an AFV involved in Direct Action, the crew would probably be buttoned up, or you could have a setting where a tank is pulled off the side of a road with the crew lounging around, watching the infantry walk on by. The crew sculpts are a crucial element and having some addition choice would be fantastic. Alby :D

Good idea, anything that increases the flexibility of a collection, with the bonus of bringing down the cost of individual pieces, can’t be a bad thing. Cheers, Alby
