I bought the 9 figure set of each line plus the 3 officer set of line one, plus a 3 figure set of lines one and two. I thought i could taper the rows away at the back but looks like i will be buying a few more 3 figure sets fir the other rows. So i will have a 12 figure front plus officers

Looking forward to seeing this develop.
Looks time consuming getting them all in line and at the right angles, but sure it will all be amazing when completed.

Beautiful work Jason collecting these figurines from John Jenkins and arranging them in a suitable phalanx for display.

Cheers,
Grey

Jason, that phalanx looks amazing! Very realistic and quite intimidating 😎

Thanks guys, i was away for a few days. I will finish setting up this afternoon and post some pics but already certain i need to buy at least 2 more three man sets for rows 3 and 4

Done, definitely need a few more for the last few rows

Yes, you'd not want to be in the front ranks of an enemy facing that lot. You'd become quite hypnotised by the points coming towards you !

Yes, its very quill like. I wouldn’t want to be in the fron tank of in the opposing front rank. I hate crowds and being pushed from behind, let alone someone trying to spear you

A perfectly sized phalanx of beautiful figures. It tops our East of India phalanx, which blew us away years ago.

Quite impressive Jason this collection displayed. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,
Grey
