I will try anything once particularly as the weather is now turning a little chilly :)

London’s Royal Horseguards Hotel designed a signature cocktail called The Cavalry Cocktail a.k.a. “Shame on Him Who Drinks Evil.” This hilariously named...drink was created to honor the Life Guards, The Blue & Royal regiments and the eldest and most senior in the British Army, who collectively are called the Household Cavalry. The drink gets its name from the motto for the Life Guards, which is “Shame on him who thinks evil.” With that in mind, here’s the recipe for this playfully-named cocktail

Ingredients:
25ml Red burgundy
25ml Ruby port
25ml Courvoisier VSOP Exclusif Cognac
5ml Grand Marnier

Recipe: Stir all together and pour this elegant drink into a rocks glass. Serve this very British cocktail on an oxford blue leather coaster embellished with the regimental motto. Also, add a silver stirrer and garnish the drink with orange zest. [Guoman Hotels
