Okay cool Harry. Maybe I'll come back here a bit more from time to time.

Och - no worries m'man.
We're all a wee bit self-opinionated at times. Myself included. IMO Toy Soldiers are a wee bit ridiculous to be arguing about. Looking forward to your future (always) thoughtful posts.
Sorry to hear of your probs with Figarti. My FT aircraft had no probs apart from a slightly warped wing on the Rossi one.

Have a good one.

Okay cool Harry. Maybe I'll come back here a bit more from time to time.

I've been a critic of packaging in the toy soldier industry so let me share my experience with Figarti to date. My Figarti tiger was packed super well except for the fact that the radio operator came unglued inside and bounced around causing a bit of havok. The 88 shell also came broken off the loader's hands. Hopefully Figarti will make sure to pack the figures in a separate area from the e-boat - that improves playability in the set as well.

My Figarti Japanese howitzer was also packed well but also somehow came a bit damaged - it defied logic - maybe it was damaged at the factory.

Otherwise, I've found their figure set packaging to be among the best in the industry - they wrap each figure individially in foam paper.

Hi CS,

First of all, thank you for your support for Figarti. I have been reading the forum and your encouraging words (As well as all others on this forum) are much appreciated.

As for packaging, we are constantly trying to improve and because of the fine details we put into our products, packaging becomes a real challenge. We have changed our packaging recently on our FM30 line and I personally dropped tested it (2 Floors Up) in Shanghai before I signed off on the design. We will continue to improve our packaging.

If you need to have anything repaired or parts replaced, please PM me and I will find a way to take care of it for you.

Again, thanks for the support!

Rick, it's great to hear that you're seeking to improve based on customer feedback and also that you're willing to stand behind your products if something isn't up to par. Love the new Japanese gun bunker - right out of page 30 of Osprey Fortress #1.

I think Figarti just stole the show here. Makes the other company's Arnhem line look downright sad in comparison.

I came back here once just to say what's on the minds of a lot of folks in private right now: "Rock on Figarti!"

When you are right - you are right (although we see things different at times)

From everything that I have seen and read on these threads from the Chicago Show - Figarti won the BEST OF SHOW PRIZE !!

Wonderful creations and a great move to make the V1 / V2 - with all the scuttlebutt on the Ramjammer - great business move. I tip my hat to the company that can think fast on their feet.

Wonderful Products - Look forward to see pricing on the items.

Certainly - there are must haves in those releases.

Ron

I've been blown away by Figarti's stuff this year, just had to get my V1 order in straight away.Looking forward to the V2.
