Shortly after the Meeting North gate (2 Viewers)

I have finally gotten my North Gate piece and was playing with it a little bit today. I think these Britains Coldstream Guards are really nicely done. A bit more interesting than the K&C Guards I think. Have a few more sets somewhere and need to add a few duplicate sets. Also, eagerly awaiting the surgery set and gate closers in September.

There's a small:D:D:D folder on my computer called wish list. These excellent Britains photos have just joined it, with an appropriate bow and thankful manner to Mr. Dave:p. Only problem is these figures are getting retired too fast for my taste:(.

I just picked up a couple of the retired WB Coldstreams and I think they are quite nice. I don't understand the WB retirement for these, it seems like they are just redoing the sets they retire again as new release singles releases??? I likely missed something here about that.

Hopefully, they still have most of the retired sets in stock for a while, but will not be ordering any more. The clamshell pack singles are a nice way to add more stock poses to your diorama at a slightly better price. But, the most important and exciting part of the retirements might be creating room for more future Napoleonic releases......I hope.
