The prices I've seen these LAH36's go for on Ebay are pretty much "over the top"! One auctioned off today for $340.00!!! Man, I'm tempted to unload mine!! Any input? Jon

I have one and will never sell it. I think it is a great item in my collection. If you do decide to sell it good luck and hopefully it will fund a K&C expansion.

One question. How much do you like it? If you only like it a little you may regret selling it. On the other hand I believe the high for the figur is $750(a flyer) most sell for $500 thereabouts. So consider carefully. Good luck if you sell.

Jon,
All I'll say is you sell it and get a good price the first thing you'll think is "What else can I sell?"
Caution is advised, there is a definate thrill with a good sale.
Ray;)

Wish I had got 5 or 6 while they were available! Nice piece for your collection, but what a seller.......

Yes, I'd sure miss it if I did, but it looks like it could fund the Highland Division Set!!!!:)

Yeah if ebay does not cancel the sale...............:rolleyes:

It seems odd that some will be posted for a minute and removed and then some will go a week with the auction ending in a sale. I find ebay to be a bit of a joke with their 'rules'.

I have one and I am not interested in selling it because it goes well with the LAH parade set up.......However, I would never consider paying more than $250 for this item.......Personally I don't see what the big attraction is for this piece........It's nice but NOT $300+ nice.....IMO..............Andy should consider re-releasing it if it is indeed that popular.

I agree. I doubt I would have spent much over the $75.00 that I paid for it. But hey, everyone has priorities!!!;)

Hey, its your collection - do what you want with it.

The prices on that particular figure is very high - but, I am sure more and more will continue to come out - thus driving the market down - if you want to sell - sell soon, before many others try to cash in.

I am firm believer of selling and reinvesting in my collection - making the collection pay for itself. And fighting with the constant lack of space. In the end you have to decide what your collection should be and what it contains.

Ebay is a buyers market right now. So, remember - there is always someone else with your same item - thinking the same thing !

Good Luck - if that is what you decide to do.

Here we go again, a market is made every day, an item is worth what it is worth at the time of sale. This item has been selling between 350 and 700 for awhile. There are not many that really come up for sale, thererfore when one does, it sells. To each his own, it is worth to one more than another.

I view an item I sell this way, I sell it for either what I have in to it or a fair price. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. As with all of life, you have a choice. I like most people have to allocate spend to this hobby, therefore, I have to make choices on what I buy.

I also don't begrudge a seller of an item that reaches a new high, I say good for them! You have a choice to say no or yes to a price, I think too many times on this board, people begrudge dealers and sellers who obtain higher than retail, that's capitalism!!!!

I'm all for it, but honestly I don't think the guy has ever produced a re-run of anything to date, has he?

K&C re-released the entire Arnhem series (originally released in a limited edition of 500 in 1995-1996) in 1998.

In addition to that one major re-release, K&C has often readdressed the same poses and subject matter with superior sculpting and painting at a later date. A new improved , better sculpted Sigrune Drum Horse is not out of the question.
