So Robin, the guy in white could be a Vietnamese or U.S. politian tagging along with the general for a bit of exposure in the press, though looks like only our favourite reporters from Stars and Stripes have shown up at one of these press meetings after a big operation showing off captured weapons and prisoners to show how well the war is going !
