Second RTO is Del Prado. Though I suspect it was one of a series of figures Andy done for them. But I can't say for sure, perhaps Andy if he sees this will be able to confirm !?
I did add the radio Antenna and repainted the figure to merge in better with the K&C paint scheme for the Marines.
