Some Barkmanns panther pics (1 Viewer)

This man is definitely dangerous. What have I done? Oh forgive me, all forum members, Shannon and Pete

Ah, but his batteries have to run out at some point.

Wait patiently until you hear him in the process of reloading his camera and then POUNCE!

Keep um coming panda. Any pics that I take of my toy soldiers look like hell.

OK guys......truce. I just happen to have a few thousand photos......I had talked about maybe creating a CD with some of the full photos on, should I do that instead of posting?

Panda,
The terms of your truce are unacceptable. You are therefore forced in to continuing on your photofest. They are great pics, please keep 'em coming.

Re the CD, I'd give it a few more weeks and then you could produce a 'Best of Panda1gen' compilation CD. :D

I don't know, Simon, those "best of" CD's always seem to leave out two or three of your favorites and substitute in some klinkers just so they can come out with a "best of......part two":D

Kevin, that last picture is an awesome shot... definitely one for the "the best of....";)

H'm.....As for a CD - would you actually buy it?

Well not now you've put the photo's on the forum :p

And I agree with Fred, that last photo is very nice. As it's on it's own, you could it in 'The Singles Collection, December 2006 - January 2007'.

For you painters out there, is it possible to K/C style the paint scheme. I love this piece, but have the K/C version, because it is so much more bright and colorful. Maybe someone could pm me ,if they are interested in doing it .Otherwise, I would be interested what others think of such a conversion..Michael

I think it's a great idea, after all it's your vehicle and you should be able to do anything you want with it. I like the dull weathered look of the Barkmanns, probably a little more realistic, but I can see where the brighter colors of the K&C panther would be more visually appealing. I'd like the winter panther to be a little whiter, but will most likely keep it as is. We all know who the repaint master is on this forum, maybe he can help you out.:)

Fred and everyone,

We have the new sets ready to pre-order. The new figure set is the food line (from which I already posted the pictures). It will come as a single set (4 figures) and as a full set, with 5 figures and the kitchen.

Here's the summer camo version

And here is the field grey version

I have pictures of the first prototype of the GPA jeep, and of a very first stage of the Sherman. I'll probably post them later today.

Hope you like the new sets.

Ana

I guess I'll be in the minority but I prefer this kitchen to the larger wagon with horses.
